At Wordiness, we value your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have control over your data. According to Google Play Store policies and general data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

Types of Data We Collect

When you use Wordiness, we may store the following information associated with your account:

Identity Data: Username, Email address (if authenticated via email), and User ID.
Game Data: ELO ratings (1v1, 2v2), Win/Loss statistics, game history, and inventory (coins, power-ups).
Social Data: Friends list, clan membership, and chat logs.
Device Data: Basic device identifiers used for analytics or notification delivery (e.g., FCM tokens).

How to Request Data Deletion

Currently, Wordiness does not support automatic account deletion from within the app. To request the permanent deletion of your account and data, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Send a Deletion Request

Please send an email to our support team at:

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Wordiness"

Step 2: Include Account Details

In the body of the email, please include:

Your exact Username in the game.
The email address associated with the account (if applicable).
(Optional) Your User ID if available in the app settings.

What Happens Next?

Verification: We may reply to your email to verify that you are the owner of the account.
Processing: Once verified, we will initiate the deletion process.
Completion: Your account and all personally identifiable data will be permanently removed from our servers (Firebase Realtime Database and Authentication) within 30 days.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytical purposes (e.g., aggregate game statistics that cannot be traced back to you). Additionally, we may retain certain records if required by law.
